Maarten Post is an independent television director with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Based between Amsterdam and Cape Town, he has directed content for international networks and streaming platforms including Amazon Prime, Insight TV, and Spike TV, as well as for Dutch broadcasters, networks, and streaming services such as RTL, SBS, BNN, KRO-NCRV, MTV, and Videoland.
His work spans a wide range of formats — from entertainment and documentary to factual and branded content — but his true expertise lies in adventure reality, with productions shot in locations ranging from the Colombian jungle and the Kenyan savanna to the mountains of Armenia and the streets of Japan.
Maarten is available for directing assignments and collaborations worldwide.
