Television Director
Maarten Post is an independent television director with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Based between Amsterdam and Cape Town, he has directed content for international networks and streaming platforms including MTV, Amazon Prime, Insight TV, and Spike TV, as well as for Dutch broadcasters, networks, and streaming services such as Videoland, RTL, SBS, BNN and KRO-NCRV.
His work spans a wide range of formats, from entertainment and documentary to factual and branded content, but his true expertise lies in adventure reality, with productions shot in locations ranging from the Colombian jungle and the Kenyan savanna to the mountains of Armenia and the streets of Japan.
